For those of us who unfortunately can't listen to music all day while working or in school or whatnot, sometimes the only thing that gets us (well, me at least!) through is a song constantly rolling around in your head. I often find myself, consciously or not, tapping out the tune with my feet or sometimes even humming or singing it out loud to myself.

It's funny because I *know* that I dream about songs, as well, because I wake up in the morning sometimes with songs stuck in my head that I wasn't listening to before I went to bed. For example, the other morning I distinctly remember waking up with Overkill's "No Lights" on the brain. \m/\m/

Anyway, much of the time, the songs that get stuck in my head are the maddeningly catchy jingles from the kids shows that we watch with my son. More often than I like to admit, I've wanted to go into my ear with something sharp to dig the damn Wiggles songs out of my brain.

But fortunately, I've had some cool tracks in my head all day for each of the last 3 days. Tuesday's song turned out to be Flotsam & Jetsam's "Monster", yesterday's was Flotsam's "It's On Me", and today's tune is shaping up to be Pink Floyd's "Keep Talking" since I'm in mellower, more tired mood.

So what song is stuck in everyone else's head today?

Don't laugh, but Poison's "I Won't Forget You". I'm sure it's gonna change shortly though. I was listening to an 80's compilation cd this morning so I have all these 80's songs stuck in my head.

I've been listening to Lamb of God a lot recently, and their riffs stick right to the brain. Right now I've got the "son of a bitch I'm going to break you!" part in 'Break You' in my head.
