As for me, AMOB doesn't look like my cup of tea, but I'm happy that MP is going out and making music that he is proud of.

Mike, actually March is the Jeremy Smirnoff month, in case you haven't gotten the memo. I am turning 35 on March 12th, my son will be 4 months old on the 25th, and I am putting out a first recording in 6 years. And on a much smaller scale dealing with the same shit of why I have declined to reunite with two former bands, doing different music, etc, etc. Nothing like your shitstorm, but certainly feels the same. Onward and upward it is. If one day I can put down my vices as you have, I could say I am as strong as you. Unfortunately, to date, I am not. But I hope to get there some day. So happy to see you doing so well lately and being positive and happy. It's like seeing Ed Van Halen looking good, sober, healthy, and happy on this tour and wishing I had the will to do what he did, what you did, what so many others have done, but being a bit set back with my own issues. Your work is therapeutic to me in a way. Thank you for that. You may not be the most technical drummer out there, but what you do sure has a lot of heart. That's the most important thing. No one cares about speed, time signatures, and other rubbish. Music is supposed to make you FEEL something and you always come through. Again, thanks, and cheers!

Awesome collection! First two things I would add though are WDADU and WDADRU .

That is a remarkably impressive collection, spotted quite a few things there that I need to pick up myself, notably the DT Bootlegs, the CD Version of Live At The Marquee (Only have Amazon digital one) and the Tokyo/Livetime DVD.

Mike, yes, that's my entire collection. Unfortunately I have not got everything I wanted to have...
When the YMC2 was released I bought  on your site, but so far it has not been delivered to my house...    This is one of the great problems of life in Brazil: things that are imported are usually retained at customs and get lost
 
I think that Santa could get to work a little early for me this year! 
 
Sorry, but I had forgotten two important items: BC&SL deluxe and ACOS. I had to make the photo again!

Awesome collection! First two things I would add though are WDADU and WDADRU .

I could have a much larger collection, but here in Brazil, everything that is imported is very expensive. In Brazil the DVD Transatlantic: BUILDING THE BRIDGE - LIVE IN AMERICA costs U$ 55! In Amazon.com costs U$ 17!
But gradually I will complete my collection!

I've read a lot of good things about FC. Also read in various places of people who
initially disliked the AMOB EP and have heard the full length and now changed their
stripes.
 
 

I wasn't fond of all of the AMOB EP, some parts were really good and some parts just didn't grab me. I will however check it out and judge the album as a whole. I've got both that and FC pre-ordered on Amazon, I would have liked to have gotten the signed editions but because of shipping costs and the fact that the other places take payment on the order I opted for Amazon. In the off chance that any of Mikes projects tours near me I can always see about getting it signed there instead.

Another show, again in line, more of Portuguese lessons, drinking a Starbucks coffee (I think the worst is to stay six months without going to Starbucks!)... I love this!

Anybody listen to Mike and Mike (AMob)on Eddie Trunk tonight? I only caught the last half hour of them being on the show, but he played "All on the Line", and I seriously love that song. I am SOOOO tempted to buy a plane ticket right now and fly across the country for this show. Damn money! If money wasn't an issue I'd be there, absolutely. It's really exciting getting in on the ground floor of what I truly believe will be a viable hard rock/metal band over the next few years. Keep it up Mike!

^^Update to my previous post: I even just logged on to all the travel sites I could think of to try to find a cheap plane ticket, but the best I could do round trip was $711. So much for great last minute deals I guess. Man I even have a friend in the area I could stay with, so it's truly just the damn cost of travel these days. I wonder if it's too late to get hired as a flight attendant and take my first "training flight" to New York......? Hmmmmmmm........

I guess having the entire MP collection is a long term thing, at least for me is. I'm trying since 2008 (i'm a fan since 2004) to have it all and I'm not even halfway done. Even If I could buy it all in one shot, I wouldn't, just to not loose the goosebumps that the fan/collector has when he buys something, some particular piece!.

Yeah man, it costs a fortune! Last year I had to get a bank loan to pay for the trips.
I work here:

is hot, dirty, heavy, tiring, dangerous, stressful ... but it gives me everything I need!
Despite being married to five years, I dont have some things that give costs as: car, kids, cell phone. My wife and I prefer to devote the love of music!
