I think that it's kickass that DT can play in Turkey. From the promotion angle (lots of pieces have to fall into place for success, as we've seen in the issues with some past attempts), to the fanbase (fans travelling to the show from all over the region, apparently) and the fact that a band from Long Island, NY USA has such a vast worldwide appeal is just fucking awesome. Certainly speaks to the power of music!

Ytsejammers Israel is ready for its 6th Journey overseas and 2nd time to Turkey. Our last visit there, 4.5 years ago was the first time ever Dream Theater came to Turkey and the atmosphere was the best we've ever been to in DT concerts, the best crowd definitely!!!

We are 3 guys in Istanbul and we are fans of DT for almost 16 years. We are gonna be in front of the stage in the concert hall here in Istanbul/Turkey.

Apart from their great music, I would like to talk about the lyrics of DT. If one concentrate on DT's lyrics he or she will dissapear and find himself/herself in the middle of nowhere. It is so mysterious that one need it everytime when the night comes.

For us, the best album is Metropolis Pt. 2 and we are wondering the last album because we always trust him (Mike Portnoy) and he says the last is the best. I am sure the lyrics will be amazing and I especially wonder about the heaviness of metal-sound

In Istanbul - Turkey, we all fans will be between head-banging and watching the show of Dream Theater. I am personally going to try to stay calm and enjoy the show by watching Mike Portnoy and Dream Theater on stage.

Thank you Dream Theater for coming here for the third time.

soooo, I'm not in Istanbul atm, my friend bought tickets both for me and herself.
tickets for standing places right in front of stage are sold out in just one day, wow .. but we're gonna be sitting right behind them (actually I doubt that we're gonna be sitting during the show :P)
