DT Bootleg torrent site project

Hello everyone. First of all I want to apologize to if this has been discussed before but ... Recently I've been thinking over the idea of creating a Torrent site for DT bootlegs (and maybe not just DT..but mainly). We as devoted fans all share the same passion for having as much material from our favourite bands as possible. DT has many bootlegs and I believe that they should not be traded or sold but given for free download. This is about the music and our passion for the band, let's not turn it into a business..
The idea about this project occured to me after Windows deleted almost everything on my HDD includin over 20GiB of DT bootlegs which I was collecting and searching for for months...And as I found out later it is impossible to get them all back together. Then I thought that it would be great if you could just go to a single place and start downloading all the bootlegs you need and perhaps uploading some of yours to help the community grow. There are various problems that lie ahead though. Like the lack of users which is the biggest problem I think. That's why I turn to you here to see how would you react on this.
In order this project to be done and not to stay in my head(and probably in many others' heads too) people who have bootlegs are needed. But having bootlegs alone is not enough. These bootlegs need to be seeded which means leaving your PC on for quite some time. You all are familiar with the torrent system I am sure. A faster upload speed would be a great plus but it's not that important how fast you download if the seeder is online most of the time, right?..
My question is...will you help, will you seed your bootlegs if I start to actually work on this project? Think of how great it would be to not search like nuts through other torrent sites, various p2p networks...it would be so much easier for fans to get what they want..
Again I am sorry if this has been discussed before..looking forward to (i hope) positive answers...
