Not sure. This is all it says on his (billy's site)
Billy jams with Neil Peart and Alex Lifeson when Geddy Lee is late for soundcheck before one of the shows on the Rush tour. 14 + minutes!!!

It's from the early '90's when Mr. Big opened for Rush. The clip (which I should really listen to again) has been around for at least 5 or 6 years. This has probably been mentioned here before, but there is also a sign that Alex made for Paul Gilbert regarding being careful about using power tools because Gilbert caught his hair in a drill one time and Alex being Alex decided to have some fun with it. I THINK the sign might still be on Gilbert's web site, but I'm not sure.
