Actually, that's the name of their tribute album to Steve Morse since that's all JP was willing to play when the sessions started. It will be a bonus CD that you'll have to send in for, but to get it, you'll need to be one of the first 2,112 people to identify where "Eat My Ass and Balls" is located on the *new* album (not ToT)!

I'm not one of those dense types. The most obvious thing that gave it away as a joke is the 2,112 thing. Why that #?

Something tells me it might be related to the starman from the Rush epic 2112 in his avitar, but that's just a wild guess (or not).

As for the album, can't wait to hear it. I'll definately be getting this one the day it comes out, can't wait to hear what new stuff everybody has come up with. On another note this seems to also be the first time mike has recorded 3 studio albums in a row with the same set. If i remember right his set/album combos are

No problem at all. I'm honored and shocked to see it. It was taken during a photo session that my band did for our most recent album. The guy that took it is a big time photographer that does stock photography. He has a really cool photo studio here in Utah and I grew up around the corner from him. I asked him if he would do our band photo's for our new album and he said "Sure, as long as you guys will let me take some pictures that I can use for my business." You must have found it in his online catalog.

(the first was Stevie Wonder's "Songs In The Key Of Life") After the Dream Theater sessions ended on Friday night, the lights were turned off and the doors were locked to the world famous studio - ending an era in the music industry....

Wow.... the last album under the Elektra contract and the last album recorded on Hit Factory.
