Will pay top price for MP Japan Clinic DVD

Hey, guy's I've been searching for the DVD of Mike's Clinic in Japan (one of the archive dvd's). also if anyone knows the answer to this quetion, I'd like to know why they stopped publishing it?
I will pay any price with in reasoning, for this DVD if any one has any boots will trade...
