According to the Summer 2006 edition of Metal Hammer magazine:
Gorgoroth frontman Gaahl may be out of jail as early as this December. But plans for the band touring to promote their new album "Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam" are still up in the air becasue guitarist Infernus is
due to start a four month sentence for illegal possession of weapons and it's unsure whether their sentences will overlap.
Speaking to
Hammer while he was on release to take care of some family business he said "We are planning a tour in the springtime"
Tere were reports that King Ov Hell was planning to leave the band after the publicity generated by both Gaahl and Infernus's cases in the Norwegian media almost had him sacked from his day-job but now he is apparently back in.
"I'm driving in a car with him now and I have to say that I will not let him go" said Gaahl. "This album was done by me and him together and this is a partnership that I will not let come to an end."
Gaahl is currently being held at a high security prison near Bergen. He said that he spends most of his time locked in his cell.
"It is a very strict prison. It is also very isolated whic suits me quite a lot. I do some woodwork. I'm comparitively free compared with some of te prisoners in here.
I practice my magic and I train as much as possible."
Aww, seems like Gaahl and King Ov Hell might not be breaking up after all. I wish the two lovebirds all of the best
Also, it seems Gaahl has been practising pulling bunnies out of his hat. Good for him
