I think they are closer to 200 days...out of curiousity I looked for any significant dates in Seattle history on 11/8 or 1/18 and couldn't come up with anything.

I thought for a moment that it might have been the number of games won by the 2001 Seattle Mariners, but that was 116 (they then won another 3 games in the ALDS and lost the ALCS 4-1).  Still looking.
