great interview.. eddie should have some of the king's x guys on!!! i love it when portnoys on though, he puts eddie in place because eddie tends to blab while portnoy has had all of the experience in the world, with many more genres than eddie is familiar and comfortable with.

Actually MP made one mistake when talking about the Amazing Journey drums, I believe he has the Chicago kit.  The LA kit where Gary busted his head open now resides in Florida.  Still need a snare though.

Both of these ideas excite me. My one fear is that they would put this tour together and totally skip the middle of the United States (I would consider traveling, if I could talk my wife in to it). I won't hold my breath, but it's good to know they're talking about the possibility.

It was a bit of an off the cuff suggestion from Trunk (re: the DT, Extreme, Kings X tour).
So I wouldnt hold my breath. Would be good but it sounded like they were just throwing the idea around and saying it could be cool... Not "We are definitely doing this!"
