I'm more of a roast beef kind of guy, but corned beef is still a slam dunk.

Hate everything about it... then again I am an incredibly picky eater. But I have never liked corn beef and cabbage.

Corned beef and cabbage RULES. We got a family recipe for corned beef in the crock pot from my aunt that calls for (among other thing) garlic, brown sugar, mustard, and a beer thrown into the mix. F'ing AWESOME.

Good stuff. Throw in some pumpernickle and some good mustard and you're set.

I like everything about corned beef but unless it's properly prepared, I can't stand the texture. I hate the mix of blubbery soft fat and stringiness. Great meal though. I ate some just last night!
