Could someone on this forum help me calling a USA toll free number?

Im trying to place an order (8" pearl tom) on a music store, but there may be some issues with my local provider, as I already called them to fix this, but I can't call USA toll free numbers.
Could someone in the USA help me do the call and ask them some questions?
