Man arrested while trying to meet Ozzy

"One man waiting to get an autograph from legendary metal madman Ozzy Osbourne was taking the song "Flying High Again," a little too literally according to Palm Beach Gardens Police.

The suspect was arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana in the bookstore where Ozzy was autographing his new book, "I Am Ozzy."

Officers said they saw the man smoking inside the Barnes & Noble where Ozzy was signing his book. Police said the man ran when officers first approached him but was quickly caught, reports CBS station WFOR-TV in Miami.

Investigators said the suspect was also carrying what they believed to be homemade fireworks in addition to the marijuana. A bomb squad disposed of the fireworks."
