Need a drummer in NYC

Hey, my band is in need of a drummer in NYC to actually be a member of the band and not just a gun for hire.  Posting here first and then to craigslist as I feel the ad will draw less crazies on here.

We are a mainstream rock band... we do some heavier stuff, but mainly ebb and flow in the world from Ryan Adams to Collective Soul... Smashing Pumpkins to Third eye blind... that kind of thing. 

I do lead guitar work and we have two guys that are very excellent singers (broadway caliber, no bullshit)
