angra1 Also, the fact I didn't realize Kevin was such a fan of The Monkees (her favorite band). Peter Tork attended a Kaviar private industry showcase performance in 1997.

Peter Tork attended a Kaviar private industry showcase performance in 1997. o really? ..I wish others understood my gf and I's relationship with Kevin and Sheryl and The Monkees and pretty much any band I like or she like's. To learn of ANYTHING associating her favorite band(s) with Kevin or another artist I love, is pure laughter for me. She usually says in a sarcastic 1/2-serious eye-rolling way 'whyyy?...why?" I may have to even fwd this link to her, lol.

I'm in! This sucks. No money for a while now and Kev's one of my biggest influences. I must have this! It better not sell out for a while!

Did you guys know that Kevin GIlbert almost produced Falling Into Infinity? MP: "I was in talks with Kevin as I was a fan of his solo stuff and his stuff in Toy Matinee. He was interested in the possibility of us working together and after speaking a few times, I'd sent him some demos we were working on at the time. A few days after receiving the package, and leaving an excited message on my answering machine, he was dead. It was a shocking loss of a great talent and always makes me wonder what could have been."

or Toy Matinee. Giraffe, the Nuts & Bolts compilations, etc. Hell, even just seek out his covers of Kashmir (Led Zeppelin) or Back in NYC (Genesis).

I do own the Giraffe compilation, but between those 2 albums, these songs were not included on the compilation: The Last Thing On Your Mind Everything We Are Can't Make This Love Go Away Because Of You – 11th Hr. Mix Waiting for the Rain I Will Survive

Done. Also asked the following to the PopPlus guys: - The Giraffe compilation covers all these tracks, right (meaning that a reissue of that compilation would be redundant)?
- Are there any leftover Giraffe stuff to release that could see an official reissue (like the NRG album)?
- Will the Progfest '94 show (Lamb and Genesis covers) will see the light of day (in a CD/DVD)? How many emails will it take to convince Genesis' management on allowing its release?
Hope they'll respond. :)

no, as I posted a post above yours, Frantic, those 6 tracks are not on the Giraffe compilation. Or at least the one issued in the late 90's that is now out of print. As far as the Lamb show, I saw some discussion about it on either/or 1 of the Email lists and progressiveears and someone mentioned how releasing that thing ain't ever gonna happen due to the label (Genesis) not willing to allow it. It's a greedy copyright issue, cuz Greg Walker of Synphonic released a compilation of the ProgFest with a couple of songs from it on VHS a number of years ago, and someone from Genesis label (Atlantic?) found out about it and pursued it legally. That at least is what I recall someone recently posting about it. So unless the label issues aren't issues anymore, I wouldn't expect it to get released anytime soon.
