Oh my......it is time. Just to start the season off on a nice rumor there has been chatter on the internet (and that is always reliable) that ABC does not want LOST to be finished after this season, even suggesting that they find some way to spin it off if they do not continue with the same cast. I would not like to see a spin off at all because most likely the original writers would not be involved. I would much prefer if they attempt anything in that nature for them to leave the 'end' in such a manner where there could possibly be one or two feature films ala X-Files (but written better)

I have remained blissfully ignorant of all upcoming rumors/spoilers. Honestly, i'm sure when the opener airs i'll be struggling to remember a bunch of details from last season. I'm still really confused regarding the time loop stuff, but i'm just kinda along for the ride and can't wait to see how they end everything.

Anyone have a definitive site that is up to date and explains the whole time-loop story? I know they haven't revealed everything, but i could use a refresher and don't have the time to go back and watch all 5 previous seasons.

I got into Lost last year. I've watched all 5 season on DVD or Blu Ray. I can not wait for this season to start, but I'm bummed I'll have to wait a week inbewteen episodes!!!! My favorite episode of all time was in season 5, "Some Like it Hoth" Hurley writing TESB is absolutely incredible. I've been staying away (a little) from rumors but what do you think is gonna happen?? Did the guy Jacob was talking to find a loophole and it will all end?? Since Locke is dead, whats gonna happen to fake Locke?? What happens to the Losties in '77?? AAAAHHHHHH I can't wait!!!
A bad DT album (as if such a thing will ever exist) is 100x better than anyone elses good album.

We're going on a vacation to Oahu (the Hawaiian island where Lost is being filmed) and we heard that they were filming right in front of the hotel we're going to be staying in just last week! We're pumped. We've been watching every episode from the beginning and can't wait for the season to start! (and no, we didn't choose Oahu because of Lost. But we will likely go on a Lost tour of some kind)

Regarding the "unanswered questions"... I can live with the mystery of all of them except one: The food pallet drop with all the Dharma food that occured after the "lockdown" sequence. Knowing what we know now about Dharma, it just doesn't seem to make any sense. I really hope they address this. Maaaybe a plane dropped it in the 70's and due to some weird freaky time thing it didn't land until 2004? Maybe the Dharma offices in Ann Arbor still exist and they have no idea about the "purge" that occured 30 years ago and they think everything's fine? And also, Kelvin. The writers have forgotten about him, but I haven't.

The writers have forgotten about him, but I haven't. I always assumed the Dharma offices just were going along as if everything were fine concerning the food drop but that is a little 'to easy' of an explanation for this show. I'm sure there is something more relevant than that concerning the drop. And being that there is such a vase amount of info. to absord I suppose I am like the writers and cannot recall 'Kelvin'. Who is he? I often forget character names after a long hiatus. Could you refresh my memory.

He was the guy that was in the Swan station before Desmond, but after Radzinsky. He was also in the US Army in Iraq in one of Sayid's flashbacks. We finally met Radzinsky in Dharmaville in 1977 and we know that he blew his head off down at the Swan years later, but how Kelvin gets involved is still quite a mystery.

Refresh my memory, but what happened to rousseau ? I remember by the beginning of season 4 there were two groups, those who thought the chopper was there to rescue them (Jack included), and those who thought they were there to kill them (Locke's group), and Rousseau was in Locke's group. But then I don't remember what happened to her.

But then I don't remember what happened to her. She was killed by the group of mercinaries from that boat (chopper). Thanks Stevens for the Kelvin reminder, it all came back once you started to describe it. I really need to watch the older seasons more. I guess after the series is over I will give them all a good run through. Unlike alot of LOST fans I generally (due to lack of time) only get to watch the episodes once and just have to rely on my memory after that, and that in itself is a scary prospect. But with a show like this multiple views of an episode or even season would greatly increase understanding.

I already started, and yet there are so many things that some get missed (like the one I asked above) I'm on Season 5 Episode 10 I highly recommend the Blu-Ray collection, beside having it on SuperB quality, the Bonus Features are so interesting. One pops out, there was a scene where Australia was the location, but they filmed it in LA, and they didn't have enough right driver seat cars, so they took a left driver seat car and inverted the film negative, so they had to change everything backwards.

I am more than ready for the season to start. I have failed miserably in trying to avoid the temptation of spoilers or rumors. I need a weekly Lost fix to purge the need to find what ever I can. I shouldn't complain though, there are far worse things to be addicted to, haha. I have been reading so many theories lately that its almost getting confusing as to whats happened on the show and what people just want to have happen.

February 2 is my birthday... and I have to go to class that day. FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I can´t wait, I guess I´ll have to download the show for a few months until my class is over. As for theories about the show, I definitely need to know who Jacob´s nemesis is. That was some weird shit right there. Are Widmore and Hawking working for the guy? Is he the Smoke Monster? I guess we´ll have to wait. BTW, Season 5 finale: Best. Season. Ending. EVER!!!!

I was wrong on damn near every guess/prediction I ever made about this show, so I'm not going to try anymore. I am very ready to have my ass kicked by LOST again. I'm not so concerned with little things like Kelvin and the food drop (although if they don't touch on the food drop that WILL be kind of a WTF moment.) I just want the bigger answers - why is Richard ageless, whats up with Jacob and Not-Locke? What is the smoke monster? Whats up with the statue? I'm ready, dammit!
I can't think of anyting funny right now.

Look for Season 6 of Lost. Obviously there should be no episodes here. But wait! There are seven! http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewTVSeason?id=347685707&s=143455 Try that link out and see what happens. But otherwise, just look for LOST in the TV section and they should all be there in Season 6. In fact, in the Canadian store, it's one of the featured downloads. (A limited Time offer)

"Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens.....Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars." Khalil Gibran
