Seems to be an Australia-only issue. Between myself, another australian poster here and my friend, that's 3 different ISPs that can't load up the page.
It worked for a while here earlier in the week, but now it's down again. Really strange problem, especially considering it affects Neal's site as well.
 
I ended up using the internet at my UNI to do the order. Just use a friend's internet connection or go to a library or something. :/ yay australia.

I had that same problem with Neal's website some months ago. Dunno about Radiant.

You can preorder the 2 CD/1 DVD version from European stores right now.  However, there is no US retailer I can find that even mentions more than one edition for sale (and many of those listings just say 1 CD right now).  I am starting to think that Metal Blade is not going to be releasing the Extra Deluxe Edition for North America, while Inside Out/Century Media will.  That would make Radiant Records the best place to buy that release here in the States (though I am sure that specialty shops like The Laser's Edge will import copies as well).

Am I right when amazon.co.uk is saying "Whirlwind + DVD" that it will be THE WHIRLWIND in the 3 DISC Deluxe Edition with the Deluxe edition contains the Special Edition as well as a 105 minute long “Making Of” DVD and comes in a box with special artwork??

Yeah, I just wrote about this in a deleted thread. The release date seems to be November 2 in the UK now. The German date is still October 23 and amazon.com says October 27.

Just preordered my deluxe edition. Looking forward to the DVD.

Play.com are also giving a 2nd November release date in the UK.

^^ Well, as much as I'd prefer to support the artist directly, if they can't handle your order then you may want to look for other places to order it from.

I got a good laugh this morning. Preorder auctions have started showing up on ebay and ebay's prefilled album info lists it as:
