SpiritCrusher This was Pain Of Salvation's setlist at Brisbane according to setlist.fm. Falling The Perfect Element Fandango Ashes Linoleum Conditioned Disco Queen Whoa, what a weid way to start a concert, but if it's coming from PoS it should've been an amazing opening song (Falling), I love Falling/Perfect element, I would've loved to see/hear that and Conditioned? What's that?

Conditioned is from the new double album that's not released yet ('newer than Linoleum' as Daniel said)

To jump in there, without sounding a bit harsh, but that seems like a bit of a disappointment for people who'd have gone for both nights or given DT's history with doing something awesome with their second nights. Mind you, given the anti-hype mike was trying to give, I should have expected that. Alas, still awesome Melbourne got two nights.
I shall duck behind the couch.

No cover album - oh well, no one said there WOULD be one. I am a bit surprised that they played ANTR and TCOT both nights. It's ok, but I would have expected them to play a whole different setlist on the second evening. Again... It would be totally ok for me to see them playing both songs on both evenings, if I would've been there, but on the other hand it's about 35 minutes... Just sayin'...

In all fairness, I would have loved both nights at that, especially ITNOG and As I Am, but I think DT are known for their music, and to go to a venue they played twice is simply there is more demand than seats, and if you couldn't get on the first night, you'd be guttered if you couldn't hear BC&SL and got Iron Maiden instead. I'm a big believer in I've paid to see DT, not the opening bands (except PG'08/'09), not that I disprove of other bands, but I'd rather be watching DT for the time theyre on stage instead. With them playing covers, if I wanted to hear metallica for example, I'd go and see Metallica. Not a problem with them doing covers, they can do as they like. but it should be clearly stated on the gig guide, and you go on that proviso. Cracking shows in Leeds and Manchester this year tho guys

To be fair, they've just played the entire catalogue of songs in Melbourne they played throughout both Progressive Nation tours. That's why I'm saying 'Is that all?'.

Would meet my taste even more with Sacrificed Sons replaced with for example The Glass Prison, Trial Of Tears or Learning To Live... But hey... Just sayin' and the setlist is very cool nonetheless...

Yes the Perth venue was pretty small, Not sure on crowd numbers but the venue is actually a night club. Either way it was a great night and a great setlist.

TheDanceOfMaternity heh, kind of a small venue for Perth, yeah? Wish I could see them in a venue that small. Wonder how the band felt about it... must have been quite cool for them to play an intimate venue again... it must have been a while. As much as I like these DT setlists I do miss the days where random covers and WDADU songs would pop up when you least expected it... although I suppose now we all are not expecting that to happen ; )

This is the first time I've viewed all these setlist and I'm surprised at how many of them are pretty much the same but I knew it would be because of the style of tour... roll on the 'Evening With' tours where the setlists were longer and more mixed up! :-) ... should be next tour.

They don't seem to change because MP rotates the setlists based on what they've played on that city before. So, Guadalajara and Monterrey got a pretty similar setlist, but it was new songs for the fans there. Sucks, if you are traveling to attend all shows though.
