JmC Naigewron Last I checked, there weren't many songs in the charts based on obscure comic books, vampires or the 12 steps of the AA. The AA saga is great. I'll enjoy the end in this new record and miss it for the next. And it's part of the DT awesome presonality. The other things you add, always in my opinion, I don't think so... I was really interested in how DT writes about problems in real life. Even SFAM or SDOIT is translating universal feelings to the 20's or childhood. But I'm not identified with vampires, Dark Masters and all that middle ages fantasy stuff. Sorry If this is annoying to somebody. I can't lie. I identify with In the Presence of Enemies. It's about an inner struggle between dark and light, goodness and sin. It's hard for the main character to decide, and he has many troubles with his emotions and beliefs. He comes to the Dark Master in shame and fear and regret, and realizes that he doesn't need to turn to such darkness anymore. He finally comes into his own and subtly struggles against the Dark Master, although "he knows and he waits". But he still resolves to make things better and to finally break free from it all, and he takes his soul back and refuses to fight for the Dark Master. It's a very emotional story and that moment of release when he finally emerges victorious is among the best in music. Even in the depths of darkness, in the presence of enemies all around, he was able to break through, showing the indomitable will of the human spirit. Not just good versus evil or right versus wrong, but it's a story of overcoming fears and shame to become who you really want to be. Not being coerced into any situation or fighting for any "dark master", but being one's own master.

I like the new pics. They look dark and heavy. But I hope the album has light moments too.

jj i think we need to get over what they look like and hope the album kicks ass Exactly. Do you remember the cover of TNT's "Tell No Tales"(OMG! Tony Harnell;) )? And yet, the music was really good. So, sometimes the clothes do not make the men...

I like the pic. It definitely has a "Highlander" vibe to it! I do agree with one other wise sage among us...who cares what the hell the picture looks like. Let's care about the music instead!
If I didn't have drums, I would have a kazoo!
