The two flatmates of mine who are into Post-Rock very much LOVE Hymn To The Immortal Wind.
Didn't listen to it up to now, since I didn't rip the CD up to now.

The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place is frigging awesome.
There are Post-Rock bands/songs/records I enjoy listening to a lot, but there's a lot of Post-Rock stuff that kinda "bores me" after three or four songs, since the delay/chorus/reverb-guitars start to get on my nerves then.

That being said I wouldn't swear by it since there have been released a lot of great records this decade. Plus I didn't manage to make my fav-albums-of-the-decade-list til now, but I'm pretty sure nonetheless that The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place will be in my Top-20, easily.
