Uplifter by 311.  Didn't like it at first, but it has grown on me.  Very solid album.

And I've just finished listening to the 12 Step Suite, during which something awesome happened. Right as the 'You're smart enough...' verse began in Shattered Fortress, an ambulance went past outside, and the siren fit perfectly. And I mean PERFECTLY. It was even in tune.

I'm also trying to get into the Scott Walker album you mentioned in a 'best albums of the 2000s' thread, but it's taking a while.

If you can get your hands on it, the 30 Century Man documentary on Walker helps a lot with getting into his music; I even got my dad into Scott 4 after watching it with him.
