How did you go about constructing the Siamese?

Please discuss how you determined what you were going to includeon the new monster (plus placement, sizes, etc)? What might you have planned to include but didn't? How was final construction of the tour kit at the Tama factory, and (I assume) the Sabian Vault? Also, can you describe the look on Ho's face the first time he heard/saw your plans for the thing?
