10th ANNIVERSARY REUNION TOUR

In 1998 and 1999, Liquid Tension Experiment released two instrumental albums that set the prog world on fire. The project featured Dream Theater's Mike Portnoy & John Petrucci on drums & guitar (respectively), virtuoso keyboardist Jordan Rudess and bass legend Tony Levin.

After the success of the two albums and the project's undeniable chemistry, Rudess was asked to join Dream Theater full-time and the project was put on the shelf for an indefinite hiatis....
until now!

Back together for a select number of US dates, the quartet is reuniting to revisit the magical music they created 10 years ago and tap back into their chemistry for a whole new musical experiment!

Great news!

But why the hell does the BB Kings show need to go on sale before the Nearfest tickets do. Can't the promoters work things out in my favor? (j/k)  I'd like to attend Nearfest, but if I can't get a ticket, then I want to go to the BB Kings show. No way I can do both, since BB Kings is the next night after 3 days of Nearfest and I'd be spent physically, emotionally, and financially. I know Nearfest will sell out quickly and I'm assuming BB Kings will too.

I guess I'll have to buy a BB Kings ticket and sell it later if I end up getting a Nearfest ticket.

A DVD is almost certain (I really don't see Mike letting an opportunity like this pass by), and an album afterwards very possible. I really think that even though 3/4 of LTE is in DT, there's a different chemistry and feel to the group. I'd love to hear a new album!
