Anybody interested in my LTE 8:00 ticket? I'd MUCH rather go to the late show.

Whats wrong with the west coast people? That Downey show should be sold out too.

The 8pm show is already sold-out, but tickets for the 11:30pm show will go on sale this Monday March 31st at 10am

Well, there are still no tickets for the San Francisco show and really not much info about it. I am sure it will sell out in a hurry but until we are allowed to buy tickets nothing is going to happen!

I shouldn't complain, but I'm going to. Why is LTE and Progressive Nation both skipping Phoenix? I understand LTE, but you would think Progressive Nation would come here. I mean Opeth and DT on the same night. That may never happen again. Not to mention I still haven't seen Opeth in concert. Oh well, I guess I'll live.

Crap! How am I going to manage to get tickets for even one of these shows! Kudos to those who are going to both nights of PN and both nights of LTE! Unfortunately, I just don't think I can make it to any of the shows.

I also wonder if the SF set will be shorter than the others since it is a festival and not just them playing. I would hate to buy a 2 day pass and get a shorter set than everywhere else they are playing. I really wish someone would provide just a tiny bit more information other than they will be playing here as part of some festival. An idea of when tix go on sale, if the set will be the same as other stops on the tour, venue, etc. would be kind of nice to know.

How did I not realize until hours after buying the tix that it's 11:30 on a MONDAY?

Well, I actually do know the reason for my absence of acuity, but anyway....

People, me, a friend and my dad want to go to the downey show but we almost all the tickets are sold out. Only the back tickets are left and we were wondering if it was worth it to go and maybe not see anything :(

This place is very small there shouldn't be any problems. If remember only holds like 750 people

Me and my friend are really thinking about coming to one of those concerts, San francisco or California, we are from Spain, so we had to take a plane to assist. LTE in concerts is one thing that only happens one time in your life, so WE MUST COME!!

To give perspective on the size of the Downey Theater, I think Skip said it best. There's only 14 rows on the floor. Think of the Gibson Amphitheater. Go to the very front and then count back 14 rows. You'd probably still be in the very front section. That's pretty cozy. And this theater is not as wide as that one. And the balcony hangs out over the floor seats so that the first row in the balcony is roughly over row J (9th row) on the floor. This is the best laid out small venue I have ever seen. There's no isles down the middle so everyone has a great view.
 
And one more thing to consider: Me and the crew could sit anywhere in the theater, but we are all in the last row on the floor. It's that good!

Yeah I figured this out after going to a local theater and asking how many people were there!
 
Seems kind of intereseting that LTE would play such a small venue
 

LTE never played really big venues... They played The Roxy, The Fillmore at TLA, the Bowery Ballroom, all them small venues. The gig at NAMM could have been a bit larger but considering the hour they went on stage...

Anyway, that's no surprise they went for places like Downey Theatre or BB King's this time.

This is a family friendly all-ages venue and the city laws will not allow alcohol on the theatre grounds. Still cameras are allowed in the theater, but please no flash photography during performances. No Tripods are allowed. No audio or video recorders of any kind are allowed.

For those of you attending the Downey show, I went to the venue on Friday and took some pics. You can find them on the CalProg site under the Downey Theater link. They are not the greatest quality but they will give you an idea just how intimate the place is. From the last row of the balcony the view is fantastic!

YES!  I got my tickets on saturday at 10:01 for the chicago show!  I am so happy :D

I have two tickets to the early show in NY (BB King's).  I won't be able to make it.  PM if interested.
