Finally Free sounds remarkably like Paul Stanley?

I'm serious about this. On the 1978 Paul Stanley solo album, track #5, Take Me Away (Together As One)starts out and ends with a similar chord structure as Finally Free and also uses an extended drum outro over the similar fading chords. Was this an infuence for your outro in Finally Free?
