Thoughts on the last couple SIMPSONS seasons?

Hey Mike.
Being a fellow Simpsons fan, I was wondering about your opinion of the seemingly declining quality of the show over the past couple saesons. I love the show to death & always will but it just seems like I have to really strain to laugh at it anymore.

Hi jbn,
Because I am an OCD nutcase and must have EVERYTHING, I still do tape the show every week (and my dad does it for me while I'm on tour)....
But to be completely honest, I haven't seen a new episode in about 5 seasons!!
I have just been toooo busy....
I do have them *all* on tape, just waiting for that year on a desert island with just me, my videos and my DVD's....
