Well considering that Score came out on a friday in Germany so actually 4 days before the US release date, I think there's a pretty good chance that this one will come out on a friday as well which would be the 1st of June.

Ok So definatly Road Runner is helping you guys out a whole lot more! I'll be purchasing both, and does a video mean more likely to be a radio friendly song???? Cause that would just blow my load while I was in Constant Motion! hahaha

I doubt that there are any new B-sides.  A single release probably means new live versions as the other tracks on the single.

Does Roadrunner distribute worldwide?? Already thinking on howto get my hands on these!

Look at the Roadrunner records website. Check to see if the artists that are listed there have CDs distributed to the Philippines. I believe that they do, but you might want to double check for yourself. The other thing is that Roadrunner is part of the Warner Music Group, which is the parent to ATCO, East/West, Atlantic, and Rhino, which have all released DT stuff. Warner is definitely in the Philippines.

Getting DT stuff in the Philippines used to piss me off. It took forever for anything to be released there. It would take months to get it from here by surface mail. I would just have a relative in the U.S. get it and send it. That's the fastest way, probably, unless things have changed.

Anyone know if the special edition is also limited edition? I'm just worried it might be hard to get here in australia. Though i know roadrunner will do a way better job than their previous label.

I'm pretty sure it won't be a LE, many bands release these CD/DVD-Editions and they are never limited.

The same applies here to Brazil, but it doesn't automatically mean the SE will be released locally... LSFNY (CD or DVD) was never released in Brazil, for instance, and the imported ones cost about US$75... That said, I hope there will be a brazilian release, so that I can buy it with less financial pain...

The Special Edition is CD AND DVD!!! It will include the regular CD for CD Players and a DVD that will include the documentary AND the 5.1 mix for use with DVD players that have surround sound capabilities.

This new partnership is starting out killer!

Cool. Always good to have a 5.1 option. The alternative cover is alright. I hope the documentary has lots of clips of Jordan messing about and JM hiding away.
 
I really can't understand why loads of people are saying "OMG I HAVE TO GET BOTH". If you buy the SE there really is no point in getting the normal CD version, absolutly no point apart unless you're a collector like Funky Gibbons.

Bands always say "their first single", but whether there actually end up being additional single releases is generally contingent on how well the first single does.  As far as B-sides go, I wouldn't expect DT to have any additional new songs for that, but may add live tracks or radio edits.  Finally, just because a single is released to radio stations, etc., doesn't necessarily mean that a single will be available for sale to the general public.

Sort of...The SE of Rush's new album includes the album only as a DVDA (along with the bonus stuff) but it includes the digital files of the songs so you can rip them and put them on your pc....

DT's SE includes both CD (stereo) and DVD (5.1 and documentary) so that's excllent. Ill be getting both editions just for completist purposes...

I'm fucking stoked!!

The band will shoot a video next week for the first single off the album, "Constant Motion".

When Rush put out "Far Cry" my local CD store said that nearly all labels no longer release CD singles anymore.  Just have them available as a download.
 
Hopefully this will not be the case.

Looks like DT finally fell in with a label that has a healthy repsect for them... nice release package, forward-thinking publicity & some production support.  I'm impressed.
