Definitely. If you look at it closely, you can see that the quality is bad (the words are distorted).

The one with the majesty symbol on the green light is probably the final version.

Yeah the one with the Majesty symbol only on the green light has to be the correct one I dont think they would cray and put it on all three lights!

I'm pretty sure the one with one majesty symbol is it. Three would be redundant and overkill IMO.

Love this band, hopefully love this album .... scratch that WILL love the album, counting the days until both the "Constant Motion" video and album come out.

The three-majesty cover version is not a fake as some have suggested, it's just not the final one.

Preorders ara available but only of the cd version, the cd+dvd is not available yet only imported ones, any ideas when will ge get a chance to preorder both?

Getting really psyked for this release. Gotta get the special edition it looks so good what with a documentary and the album in 5.1 ......
 
Do you think there is any chance that Constant Motion will be released as a DVD single. I would so much like that. Having the video with 5.1 sound and some other goodies. Hopefully released before the album.
 
Ps. I'm newly registered, have hung out at the DT board previously and read this board a lot. Been a fan of Dream Theater since Images and Words came out and I saw the video for Pull Me Under on Headbangers Ball.

If you go to Mike Portnoy's Myspace page he has on his music player a 20 sec sample of all the songs mixed together.  It's sounds way funky, but there is this sick Sweep by JP that really sticks out.  It's hard to judge, but then again, that was MP's point.  Oh well, it's better than nothing at all...

Holy...  I go on this site once a day, everyday.  I was the 7th person to reply to this thread.  I've just noticed today, almost 2 weeks after the artwork-release, that the traffic light is upside-down!  And that's after someone mentioned it in another thread.  WTF?  I can't believe I missed that little detail!

CD Universe has the Regular Edition available now, but why the hold-up for the SE? How much longer until that's available?

I have yet to see this from an official source. The only time I've read that is people saying "I hope it's not a limited release!"

Huh. Just went to Amazon.com and checked the pre-order availability, and its got this screen which makes me think that the bottom is legit, and the top is someone trying to con us out of some money. Does that make sense?

Which brings me to my next point, where's the special edition? I'd like to reserve my copy of that as well.

On DT's website, it has a link to CDUniverse.com saying that the special edition will come out soon.
