Well unfortunatly that they way things go..obivously there wasn't a promoter in Mexico willing to pay up the money for DT to play there...I mean JB said the same thing over 5 years ago when they played Ireland and they've never been back but we all know why that is...shitty venues and crap promoters not willing to take a gamble on a band...

The thing is, the promoters wouldn't even be taking a gamble at least on a Mexico City show. Last time they were here, they sold out a venue with 10,000 seats... This sucks.

Don't know what to tell yah then man...but there's lots of fan's who don't get to see DT...that's just an unfortunate part of life....all you can do is hope for next time like everyone does...

Yeah, I know. On the bright side, I did get to watch Porcupine Tree last year, which was a total dream come true. I really hope there's some kind of a chance to get DT before the North American tour

Well, Chile won't let DT down on the first concert in south america. There has been some media coverage already. Can we surpass 25k???

The shows won't be an Evening With unless Mike makes a new announcement about it. The only reason the current shows are Evening With is because they're a warm up for Australia, and we're getting it because they've never been here before.

I'd be desappointed, but Mike said DT was going to come to Mexico on this tour, so ill keep my faith with me, besides that, i hope DT to play in here during summer vacations, so i can go to see'em easily

I read in the DTPeru Forum that someone sent an email to a promoter here in Lima-Peru for info about getting a chance to see DT live in my town and they told him that the Dream Theater's managers didn't have interest of coming here... I obviously think this is a lie, I hope it is. Maybe here the promoters are not willing to take a gamble on Dream Theater but that's too bad because DT have a looooot of fans here. I hope Mike reads this...just one day in PERU please

We live together... and it's very different when you live with your couple. You don't have control over whose money is expended.

The real fan of Dream Theater in our relationship is me; but he wouldn't let me go by myself to the show, even though he knows that I went alone on 2005. They did that in 2005. I missed the second show where they performed SFAM :(.

I've read that the 'An Evening With' shows are only in those countries that they are visiting for the first time. And this is our second time in Argentina.

Where did you read that? They've been going to Asia (in particular Japan) for years, and they're still getting Evening With tours.

i hope that we have soon confirmation of the type of show because if they are not gonna  play "an evening with". I prefer to take a plane and go  to argentina and see 2 shows
