NOTE FROM MIKE - PLEASE READ!!!!!!!

PLEASE NOTE that I don't have time to answer *every* question....
There are alot of questions that I will not answer because:
a) it has already been answered (in another thread or the FAQ)
b) it is silly and not worth the limited time I have (or I don't have the energy for a silly response)
c) is something I don't feel is appropriate or I just don't want to respond to (I don't have to share EVERYTHING, do I??)

In these cases, I will just automatically delete it entirely in order to clean up the board and let me get to the other questions...

IF YOUR THREAD DISAPPEARS WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION, IT WAS NOT AN ERROR...PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUALLY RE-POST IT!!!!
