As for Fiji water.  It disappoints me that the water's not sold in my country.  Actually we do have the same water but it's under a different name.  Island Chill. :(

I always make sure some of the relatives bring some over when they go to Fiji.  Yup I'm of Fijian descent.  I remember two years ago in Suva I saw the LSFNY DVD in one of the shops much to my shock horror.

The tattoo is for his 5 years of sobriety. He used to wear a necklace, then replaced it with the tatt.

YESSSS!!!! Really looking foward to this, it's been too long since MP was last featured in rhythm magazine. (infact I think the last time he was in Rhythm was a month after the dsotm at hammersmith in a short interview when he won drummer of the year, yep another award fo MP that I think strangely went unnoticed at the forum). Rhythm once did an issue like this where taylor hawkins was guest editor and interviewed stewart copeland, phil collins, roger taylor and the drummer from janes addiction (think his name is steve perkins?), and it was an excellent issue however this issue will totally blow it away as it features 3 of my top 4 drummers (mp, peart, mason, the 4th being roger taylor). If the hawkins issue was anything to go by this will be amazing as the questions in the hawkins issue were really in depth and revealing.

Either way, sounds like they've made up, and I really lok forward to reading this. I'm hoping for more pics!

I know it might be heresy to say, but I hated Fiji water.  I put it at the bottom right next to Dasani and Aquafina.  I just usually get normal ol' Ice Mountain, the cheapest of the cheap.

Wow. I'm amazed. Mike Portnoy, one of the most influental drummers in Heavy Metal, interviewing four more influental drummers. I will be reading this when it comes out.
 
On a side note, I hear new tracks from Metallica and I see an improvement in Lars' drumming. Maybe Mike tearing the Master Of Puppets album the way he did got Lars REALLY inspired. I wouldn't mind seeing Metallica and Dream Theater doing a co-headlining tour. But hey, I wouldn't mind seeing Lars and Mike doing a drum duet together. Would be kinda cool.
