mic stuff help!

ok forgive my ignorance but how do u connect drum mics to a pa or 8 track?? do u need a module inbetween the mics ad pa or wot?

Depends on the microphone. Most of them can just be plugged in with a standard XLR cable. If they require phantom power, then you need either a mixer with phantom power capability or a pre-amp to power it. Otherwise, mic to cable to mixer/8-track/PA, should do it.
