i think that every one has missed the real advantage of having Dream Theater tour with Rush. JLB can sing all of the Rush songs (for example, how good would Temples of Syrinx sound in the original key with JLB singing, esp considering how solid he has become in recent years) and wouldnt have to listen to Geddy Lee squawk his way though the their songs. Always thought they should have brought in a singer to become a quartet.

This photo looks close to one the above link.  I always wondered if the drum set was ever positioned in the same place as Peart's set was for those shows of 1976.

Eric, it was cool meeting up with you and your woman.  Wow, I was surprised so many of us made it to HRC.  That was a excellent show, and day. 

Tried to find this at Borders today, but they didn't have it. I did pick up "Traveling Music" though, as well as a Jimmy Buffett book for $5 in the bargain bin. I'll get this soon, though!

My brother got the book, and I get to read it when he's done. XD

I agree! I didn't care much for the travelling music book. He sure seems bitter towards the fans. I agree that we do NOT own part of his person and don't have a "right" to his personal space or time but... if someone wants to shake your hand because they are excited to see/touch speak to/with their hero, what's wrong with that? After all, without people buying the albums, where would Neil be now? Still selling posters in London?

Anyways... The war with the squirrel had me LOL. (the first time I ever LOL reading a book)

Gotta give this a big "Word!". I LOVED The Masked Rider and Ghost Rider, but am having trouble getting into "Traveling Music". I'm only about 30 pages in, though, so I'm hoping it's just me so far. Still looking for Roadshow at my local stores. I've struck out twice so far.

If you go to http://www.bordersstores.com/index.jsp, you can search through the inventory at your local Borders stores.  It might save you some driving.

About a quarter of the way through, just been reading at night before I go to sleep. Every bit as engaging as his last three, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it (just like the last three). Bravo NP!

Funny math.

Just got it on Friday, I'm almost done with it.  The chapter on touring Europe is a bit exhausting.  BTW, I'm in total agreement with Neil's assessment of Colorado drivers, I believe he calls them the Anti-Destination League.  He couldn't be more right on that one.
