My man wants to go, but now that it's the night before, I dunno if we can swing it.  We have babysitting to think about, and we are already out late on the 22nd.   Oh well.....

how long does a clinic last? an hour or two?
Petrucci will just come out and play and explain stuff...is that how a clinic works?

@ Duke - ... What I have done with meeting some other members, is let's say we just meet either a bit before the show in front of MH, or during intermission in the lobby.   Anyways, one of us should bump this thread to clarify closer to the date. 

That works for me of course.  I'll be in front of Massey around 6 p.m. meeting up with some people and getting my ticket.  Inside, you know where to find me.

I am not going to the JP clinic but I will see you guys @ Massey Hall. I'll be heading in early in the day for some shopping and drinks, and then try and meet the guys beforehand. Look for me, I'm the guy who looks like Brad Pitt.

Since this trip s already costing me a lot of money, but I would love to attend the clinic...  Anyone willing to provide a bed for a fellow DT fan?

It appears that I can change my flight and come in a day earlier...

Hardrock is about one block north of Massey Hall, so yeah..not far at all.

I got my confirmation e-mail back from Long and McQuade.  I have 2 spots reserved for the JP clinic.  Have any of you guys heard back from them yet?

Ahh no I haven't!  Did you e-mail through Outlook or another server?  Now I'm worried.  When did you get the e-mail?

I just sent an email for my husband to go, but I won't be going.  It's going to be things I don't understand, and would never use.  My husband however, would benefit from it.  Let's hope I hear back from L&M!

I sent them an email and they are reserving 3 seats for me and my family. (We're all meeting up in the middle of Canada. ). Someone keep us updated when a location is confirmed.

I sent them an email last night and received confirmation this morning. 

I don't know if I can though because I have no-where to stay for the night. 

(in case anyone is considering offering...  I am a 38 father of 2 family man that teaches computer science at a university, have been a DT fan since the very beginning, born in the Netherlands, and would be eternally gratefull if someone were to help me out here...)

No, I didn't speak to anyone, they had a recorded message ready and you basically leave a message with your name, phone number, clinic name and date. And you get no confirmation whatsoever. Apparently they only call you if the clinic is full. Really, really stupid way of running it (as usual - I despite L&M). I'm contemplating not going at all anymore because I don't want to head down there and not be able to get in. Hopefully the message went through. And yeah, I don't see why hotmail wouldn't work, but I have been checking everyday, and no confirmation for me.

Edit : I said earlier that they didnt say hes seat was confirmed. Sorry, hes seat WAS confirmed...my bad...

I've taken the day off, as well as the following day, so if there is any partying to be done, now is the time to organize it.

Got my confirmation email, and i'm skipping the second half of school in order to get good seats up front.

I got confirmation for my husband, but I won't be going.  We still have to see if he can go - I know he wants to.   I really don't want to go to a clinic that's geared for guitarists and I am definitely not one.  Besides, finding a babysitter 2 nights in a row isn't fair to our little girl.  We have a busy busy week next week.  

This is really getting frustrating for me....

Exactly.  4:00 p.m. at the Hard Rock Cafe.  Looks like we have enough people to sit at a table now, versus hanging at the bar.
